Mango House is as delightful as its name. The place oozes charm and there is something so lovely and warm about it that you'd never want to leave. The garden makes your heart swell the minute you enter and the feeling continues into rooms which offer comfy beds. The bed linen was spotless and with fresh flowers waiting to welcome us. There was tea and even lovely ginger biscuits in the room. The breakfast was absolutely delightful- fresh cut fruit, hot meal and lovely tea/coffee etc served with a smile. The staff was fantastic too- Kumar served us food with a lovely smile each time. Its located at a comfortable distance from the shops and cafes so its not noisy yet not away from all the fun in Galle Fort. Just one advice- book rooms with sit-outs as the one across the reception desk has a bit of mustiness in the bathroom for lack of ventilation. The room itself is nice but the bathroom needs a bit of help. Thank you Mango House, we would surely visit again!
