very unfriendly reception
I walked in and asked what is the price of the room. Was told it is 40 euro per night. Opened my mobile and checked the price in the booking.com application. It was 35 euro. So I asked the lady at the reception - do you want me to make a booking through web-site rather than giving me the same rate as a walk in.
She became very arrogant and told that they have the same rate and it is 40 euros and she doesn't care where i make the booking. So i told ok and went on to the sofa (very worn out, btw, as the whole reception) to book the room in the app. Imagine how I was surprised to see on the next page that the price jumped to 40 euros. After talking to me she just immediately revised the price in the system. Come on, I know that everyone want to get some extra, but this is really unwelcoming and unprofessional.
I went on to the next hotel and very happy I did that.

Nice room in a noisy central l....
I booked a double room for 1 night as the rates for a 3 star hotel were the same as those for a private room in a hostel. My room was on the st floor. The first impression was really good; the room was spacious and nicely decorated, but when I got to the toilet I found there were cigarrette buds stuffed down the bassin, and it seriously stunk of tobacco. There was a very old TV in the room, but it wasn't working (I later found out it was a problem with the entire building and an engineer had been called in). However, my main issue with noise. At night I heard the lady next door enjoying the attentions of her partner, while at 6 am I started hearing every delivery truck, motorcycle, bin lorry etc, as well as the staff at reception talking and things being wheeled around. I am not a light sleeper, but I think the windows do need an upgrade and the doors that give access to each floor should close automatically.

stayed here 2 nights. We acidently booked room as 3 people instead of 2 people on booking.com The couple in line ahead of us had no booking and got a dounle for $40. We explained error to desk that night he saud nonproblem moved me to double and gave me a writen rate for 40 also. We decided to stay an extra night as amazing city and good hotel location so in morning asked lady who was manager if we can get the 49 rate also for following night and she agreed. Upon checkout she charged us for tripple for 1st night and a double the second. Even i showed her the paperwork she said no you booked tripple and she had to pay commission of 10 dollars. Even though i had a receipt she insisted on full price. i even offered to pay for commission but she said no. Bad business. I am filing a formal complaint with booking about shady pricing practices as they charge more for tripple to booking than off the street fir same tripple room

Excellent staff at Hotel Inca
This hotel is well situated 2 minutes walk from Plaza Pilar and many shops and restaurants. You can get to all of the historical sights very easily.
The lady at reception, Rachel and another lady who works at the hotel, Monica were truly fabulous, when I was taken ill unexpectedly and made sure I got to the doctor and everything was sorted out.
I ended up having to spend a lot of time in the hotel room, rather than in the city due to these circumstances, and I can tell you it was comfortable.
I hope to return to Hotel Inca under better auspices!

Solid Price to Quality Ratio i....
This is perfect if you're in Zaragoza on a quick stopover and just need a spot to crash...or if you're on a budget. Perfect place to explore the city from and can walk to all the major sites. Staff spoke English which was nice too. I'd say exceeded my expectations at this price point Sub $50
