Nice hotel - shame about the n....

very quaint hotel, well placed for touring and sitting watching the world go by. Breakfast pretty poor but main complaint was lack of insulation of the room. Every noise from next door and from the courtyards could be heard in the room due to thin walls and single glazed interior windows. A nightmare for anyone affected by noise!

Lovely stay in lovely Seville!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April and were very pleased with everything. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The bed was comfy, plenty of hot water. We had breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace and drinks in the evening up there also. The staff was helpful and friendly, booking taxis, helping us with directions. We would definitely recommend Hotel Patio de la Alameda!

Great location, beautiful hote....

Hotel Patio de la Alameda is located in a residential neighborhood, about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center. It is located on a large plaza, surrounded by restaurants, bars and the rest of the community. It was very lively; a great people show. The hotel is an unique design; 3 floors open to interior courtyards full of flowers and the sound of water gently dripping off in the distance. Our room was very comfortable; we opted for the room with an additional bed, which is a sofa bed. It gave us lots of room to spread out. Great bathroom, shower and comfy bed. The parking is a bit of a challenge; not so bad if you have a small car. We parked the car and never used it while we were in Seville. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel for location and comfort. It was so nice to walk back every night from the city center to a lovely plaza filled with families enjoying themselves.

Stunning Seville

After much homework and looking at other reviews we decided to book this hotel and SO SO GLAD that we did.... The hotel is on a large busy bustling square with a really nice atmosphere. Our room 102 overlooked the square and was quiet, spotless and comfortable. It had electronic shuttered large patio doors and was a lovely light airy room. The shower had all the gadgets and was modern and clean. The hotel was beautifully presented with a large cool flowered courtyard and a modern rooftop terrace serving well priced drinks from 4 pm to 10 pm along with great friendly service from the lovely Maria Walking to all the attractions only took 15 mins which went by as a leisurely stroll through all the Spanish back streets and pretty houses. Stunning ..... There are so many welcoming tapas and eating places perched on every corner that you would be a fool to go anything but room only at your hotel altho our one offered a breakfast. If you do book this hotel you will central, well cared for and most of all feel that you hav had a beautiful break in Seville ??

Great independent hotel, great....

Lovely one off hotel on the Alameda de Hercules. This is about 20 minutes walk from the main centre and a great area itself with lots of open space, and bars/ restaurants surrounding. Very comfy beds in the spacious rooms. Bathrooms have good quality fittings. The entrance to the hotel is nice and there is a lovely roof terrace bar ?? overlooking the Alameda. Staff are excellent and speak good English. We were able to have the room when we arrived at 11am ?? The cafe bar Piola (next door) is excellent for breakfast of tostada and coffee for less than 4€ or a late night last drink. The walk to the centre can be different every time, with loads to see and do en route. Bring your walking shoes though, you’ll clock up the steps in Seville!
