Reasonable hotel with good foo....
This was our last stop on the Camino before walking into Santiago. It's a business hotel just off the Camino and near the airport. A bit bland but the restaurant was good for both lunch and dinner. Good portions, local produce and a good value pilgrims' menu with scallops. The bedrooms are a good size, beds comfortable and air conditioning, with a reasonable bathroom, products, a hair dryer and lots of hot water.

Last night on the Camino
We stayed here for our last night before entering Santiago. After staying in Pazos and manor homes all week, the sheer size of the room was impressive. Though lacking any charm this is just a hotel. But it was quite clean and well appointed in the rooms and public areas. The staff were very helpful and gave us no cause for concern. The food was typical of Spain and as good as anywhere else we have stayed for the last 10 days.

Worst stay in Spain
Booked this hotel for our last night of a month-long trip to Spain. Would never stay here again. First, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and ALL the staff were busy tending to two large communion parties. There was even a pre-printed sign that said, " we are in the restaurant, so come get us if you want to check in". Allllll afternoon. Noisy, kids running around, people smoking, talking loudly on cell phones outside, under our windows. Wifi did not work. In fact, when I went outside to see if I could get a signal, I connected through the stronger signal coming from the hotel 600 meters away!
No AC and when we asked, they told us it was still too cold to turn it on. We wanted to turn it on so we could close the windows and have some quiet, and still have a reasonable temp in the room.
Room was large, and the bathroom clean. But this is definitely a cash cow for someone who doesn't want to spend much money to keep up the premises or service clients.

First night in Spain
We flew in to Santiago from Madrid with the intention of driving on to Campados but my luggage did not make it. We booked close to the airport so we could get our luggage quickly the next morning. Not in a very good mood over that and staying at a hotel near the airport I had no great expectations. The staff here was very accommodating and dinner was delightful. White tablecloths, excellent service and delicious food. We ordered the grilled vegetables and they were wonderful along with hake and a pilgrims menu that was excellent as well.
The room itself was spacious, and had everything we needed and came with a nice continental breakfast.
Should you need to stay near the airport on your trip to or from Santiago I would highly recommend this very nice hotel.

Nice place, great food
This was my last stop before heading back to the USA after riding the Camino. I picked it because it was close to the airport and I had an early flight. The hotel was nice and the staff friendly and accommodating but the star is the food in the restaurant. I had the pilgrims dinner and it was awesome. Some of the best food I ate in Spain.
