Great location, courteous staff, excellent rooms with a view. Holding back one star bz the food options are quite limited. The menu hardly has any vegetarian options.

It is less than 5 KMS from little India.They gave sea facing room in the 28 th floor . It was good .

The hotel is good, but i think pan pacific is better as i spent last night there, even though i booked 4 nights, but my agent @travelsagax upgraded, and what a wonderful experience, i can't tell in words. Overall for this hotel 7/10

Started from the point I was attended by ivy a beautiful, caring and wonderful staff who solved my room problem. Got an excellent pastry in the morning and a card with birthday wishes on it decorated with raspberry and it's leaves looked like real butterflies. Their service is priceless, rooms are spacious, we got connecting rooms with 1 room having a walk-in closet, had kitchenette so we could cook, has a mall connected to a hotel. Must pick from the Superdry Store running 50% a discounts. Has a street food market at 5 mins walking and has many Indian restaurants too. Marina Bay, gardens by the Bay, shops all is like 10 mins away. You can actually see OUE while watching light and water show at spectra in marina. This is the best place to stay. They also have an infinity pool. So, don't waste money at Marina Bay sands, instead pick this one up.

Very small room. The shades in the wash-room were stuck and because of which I couldn't use washroom for 30 minutes after check in. No 24 hours food service.

Its an excellent and very well located. Within walking distance from the local eateries at Lau pay. Close by to marina Bay and other attractions.

It's in business district so the place is not very touristy. Base category rooms have glass doors for bathroom. Rest was all good.
The bathroom had glass door. Not suitable for family. We had to upgrade to higher category room.

The mist expensive and posh City in the country. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and it also had infinity pool. Easy access to shops nearby and the roads are so clean and there is separate lanes for pedestrians which is followed very well. There is a shop nearby which is 7/11 and you may need to buy more water as its very hot till Jan. The best places to visit are universal studios, me lion Park, night safari, zoo, madame fuss ads and the Marina Bay sands. The best local shopping is in bug is street and expensive shopping is in orchard Road. You will get taxis and buses every 5 minutes. The food is good and can be improved but the customer service is pathetic. Overall very satisfied and had best experience of my life.

Awesome hotel with great view and easy access to walk the shops nearby and entire Singapore is just 45 km radius. The roads are super clean and everything is well organized like underground trains and there is a different lanes for pedestrians which is followed very well. The best shopping experience in orchard road and bugis street. You get free WiFi in every malls and the worlds tallest buildings and another good places to visit are marina bay sands and universal studios.
