Clean, comfortable, basic hote....
We didn't have any issues with the hotel. There was A/C. Plenty of space. Free breakfast at a neighboring restaurant that was decent (we sat outside). Free, secure parking. Located next to fortress and water which are nice for runs and strolls. The staff was friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable (never heard back about where to eat seafood, didn't know where the synagogue was).

Good hotel BEWARE Hotels.com P....
First, I almost always use hotels.com but I'm stopping now. They have the price and tax wrong for this hotel so since I was splitting it with a friend we wanted to pay at checkout. The price was 26% more than listed--we stayed three nights so it was nearly the price of an additional night!!
Hotel is good, kind staff, couldn't help me resolve the price and tax issue but oh well.
Hallway smells like cigarette smoke (par for the course in Belgrade) but room was very clean, beds comfortable and it's in a great location on a quite but central street!!

Friendly staff, a little price....
The location is a villa very close to the Fortress, and at 10 minute walk from the Skadarlija area. Rooms are spacious, mine was overlooking the street and in consequence was a little noisy (there are some restaurants/bars nearby). For breakfast I had two options: to eat it at a restaurant nearby (very good, but once was not ready until 10:30) or to eat it in the room, prepared by the villa staff (cold meals).
All in all it was ok, however a little pricey for the conditions.

One of your best options in Belgrade. In a nice place and it was quiet, our window was at the street and from the other side was a cozy bar "brat Fidel" but it was really quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Boutique Hotel in the heart of....
Customer service at this hotel was exceptional. Staff went out of their way to assist us with our needs and questions. This hotel provides baby cribs, which was convenient.
Walking distance to a lot of points of interest, including a zoo. If you go up the hill you will come across Belgrade's main street (sorry, can't remember the name), with plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, etc. We got a great deal on shoes :-)
Zhenko (at front desk) was happy to call us a cab, which wouldn't rip us off. Yes, you should be aware of cab scams, when travelling in Belgrade. I recommend you ask for this service, if you decide to go somewhere by cab.
Room was good size with a big flat screen TV and a mini fridge. There is a convenience store 20 meters from the hotel entrance, which is open 24/7. This area is safe at night. Our windows faced the street, so, don't forget to close curtains in the evening, as your windows are close to the ground. New plastic windows kept most of the noise out.
Much has been written about their breakfast service, so I won't repeat it; other than to say we really enjoyed it.
The hotel provides airport pick up ($20 euros), which is reasonable. I also found this property to be very reasonably priced. Next time I'm in Belgrade, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
