Firstly and most importantly the check-in time of this hotel is flexible despite being a five star hotel in comparison to the other hotels available in madinah in the same area. Masjid al nabwi was very close to this hotel which is super convenient for all the pilgrims. The service and behaviour of the hotel executives were extremely professional and pleasant. The rooms were top notch too. We’ll surely come back here again next time in sha allah.

Over all good one! very near to masjid nabawi, close access of kfc ect. It was just a night stay. So it was comfortable. Hotel name changed, but most applications are used as old name. And construction was going on near by, so a bit complicated to find the location & entrance as well. But it's ok, not a big deal. About staff: i think they forgot to smile, not much friendly

The Hotel is just a few steps from the Masjid. It's clean and comfortable. I had a good stay. The room requires some electrical repairs, like the light switch isn't working. And the TV had no signal. Other than that, I had a good stay.
