The booking was not found by the reception as they denied to accept the mm t reference number, and i didn't have any other references number apart from that, the person was very rude and was laughing at me, didn't even agree to check the booking with my name. I didn't have roaming to call mm t to check, then i had to buy roaming package for 150 aed to call mm t customer service. First call was connected to airline booking and the i had to call back as the call was disconnected by it self, second call also was connected to airline booking but the guy managed to transfer to hotel booking, the person was helpful as much as he can, he had to call me back twice to give new reference number and finally with the agoda reference number the booking was found by the receptionist. This whole process took 3hrs to resolve it. My travel was spoiled, sleep was disturbed and the room was not great as well, not hot water, tried calling the receptionist but no luck till my check out time. So the whole travel experience was spoiled as i only had one day to stay in madina. I would appreciate full investigation on this and compensation for it. Am very regular customer of mm t for flight and hotel booking, this is first time to face this kind of situation. So am waiting for your action and feedback on my spoiled travel to madina
