Its showing 3 star on make my trip but its like 1 star only. Hotel staff was very rude behavior. Rooms are two small and smelly. Hotel was very congested. But hotel location is good its near to shopping mall

Excellent location, very polite and helpful staff. Room wasn't big, but all was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a common area with kitchen and washing machine, which is super helpful when you're on a budget trip . The only disappointment was, in hotel's website they mention that they provide visa support, but that's not true. When we called them, they said they don't give visa support for Indians! Very strange . So if you plan for tourist visa, please check in advance . The rest was great, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is located in the heart of Saint-Petersburg. Interior is very simple, but the price is also very low. Bed sheets and towels were cleaner than in many expensive hotels we stayed. There are no insects. So I don't know what to expect more. For its price its great.
