Do not get mixed up with the New Baltiyskaya hotel, as these are two completely different hotels. This happened to us as we booked.
This hotel is a very ordinary hotel.
Rooms - We had a suite, which is very small to be called one. It had a room with a bed, and a small living room with TV, fridge, the usuals with two sofa cum beds. The sofas are more comfortable than the beds. I could not even sleep on the beds.
Wifi - Doesnt work except for in the lobby. So rooms have no wifi as listed.
Location - Its got a beautiful water body in front. But its far from anything interesting in the city.
Lifts - We were given rooms on the first floor, where we have to go to the rooms through the restaurant. And more so, the elevator does not go there. Since there is no bell boy, be ready to carry your own luggage through!
No one speaks in English except one guy at the lobby. No one at the restaurant.
Breakfast - very basic and still sad food, no signs to let you know what is what anyways. We just stuck to bread and jam.
They wanted to charge us for everything, so dont expect any extra service. They wanted to charge for an extra hour. They gave us a jar to fill our own water, which broke when we tried to fill warm water. They charged us an exorbitant amount for the bottle!
Would probably not stay here again.
Recommend to take taxis everywhere as they were quite reasonable. I do have to say that the reception is very helpful with arranging transportation.

Old Building, Hardly 2 Stars, ....
Hotel has a bit away from everywhere, the staff on front door do not speak English. Building is old and not clean (some bugs everywhere). Beds are old and not comfortable. Hotel has free parking. Their cafe was closed during my stay (need to walk about 10 minutes for a bottle of water). Slow internet (100kb/sec in average). Front desk helped me to find a taxi for 670R which is really good deal, so thanks.
