All fabulous and awesome facility.

Location at centre of Moscow. Easy accessible to metro service is very good. I will recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights. Very clean nice rooms. Helpful staff. Go out of the way to meet your needs. Great breakfast. Lived it.

Hotel location is good. Rooms are clean good size n comfortable. Staff behavior is excellent especially Elizaveta at reception is very helpful and kind. Breakfast can be better. The hotel allows guests or friends to come to the room with your permission which is good. Overall 4 out of 5*. If the price was slightly less or rooms more luxurious plus better breakfast, I’d rate it 5. Thanks to Elizaveta for the kind support.

Hotel location is good near metro station around 1/2 km. Rooms are good in size and very comfortable. Breakfast can be better. That’s the only area of improvement though it’s not bad. Staff is super friendly especially Elizaveta at reception really helped a lot. Pricing can be bit less though. No service to help with luggage though. Overall 4 out of 5 star. Lastly thanks to Elizaveta at reception for kind support.

Cordial and English speaking staff, with very helpful attitude and warm welcome at the reception. The only inconvenience caused was due to the room service timings (11 am-11 pm) beyond which you can't even get water in the room.

The staff never says no to anything, the thing you ask they provide with big smiles on face.
