Very very very basic
Really basic one. Bring shampoo with you, the one they provide is just a liquid soap. Clean, but strange design, staff is pleasant and helpful but no one speaks English. Breakfast is good only for locals unless you really like pelmeni and ready to eat them for breakfast every day. Do not expect bacon or ham.
Location is not good for tourists. But there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest metro station and back which is helpful. Ironing room is just one for the whole hotel (and it is quite a big hotel). Not all windows have external views, it must be very stuffy in those rooms, so it is better to check when you check in and ask to give you a room with external view so you would have fresh air. Price is quite good for Moscow.

JUST CLEAN and strange!
The hotel was clean with helpful staff at the front desk. The rooms were clean but the decoration was very cheaply done and an eyesore!
The staff at the restaurant were quite aggressive and the food wasn’t great. The shuttle to the metro left every half hour although it was a 5-7 minute walk. The air conditioning didn’t work and they said it was because their electricity had been cut off and it was on a generator!!!!!!
The rooms became very stuffy and hot and when we opened the window we were woken up by the MANY cars arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night with some drivers sitting in them listening to music! It was a very strange experience!!!!!!

Room was small but had what was needed. Clean bathroom and room. Restaurant in hotel was not very good but reasonable breakfast included but for a high price not free! Desk personnel friendly and accommodating

Be prepared to non-fulfilment without any compensation or mere apologies.
In the dead of the night the personnel woke up the guests without commenting and asked to leave as the hotel had broken the law, and now the autories ask the access to the hotel by the morning,
Aboout 100 had to invent something to spend a night somewhere else, and a humiliating procedure for the refund was created.
The hotel has always been far from being clean or pleasant, the arrogance of the managers is out of any words. They really behave like mean old-time soviet ladies from intourist hotels controlling illegal things on the territory of the hotel.
In 3 weeks after the occasion they contacted me without my preliminary permission and told me I am stupid as I myself had given them my number, though it's not true.
The location is far away from the city centre, the wi-fi won't work, the sewerage misperforms leaving behind the smells.
Be prepared to neighbour people from poor regions of Russia and Middle Asian Republics.

Bad, Very Bad
Don't let the nice photos on the internet fool you, this is not a hotel where you want to stay. With poor service, no facilities, bad food and more to mention.
When I arrived in my hotel room, there were no soap, no shampoo...there is no telephone, no remote for the air conditioner, no safe - thus no protection for your goods, no doors for your closets and wardrobe - no teaspoons for your cups and an empty fridge. On a few occasions there were no warm water and a cold shower had to be taken (water was at least luke warm at best). The Wifi is free, but almost non-existing - it takes about an hour just to download one email!
Not to even mention that on three occasions, three separate days the room wasn't cleaned by the cleaning staff - and when they did clean it on the odd other days it was only done half way.
Even though the rates is low for Moscow, this hotel is far from everything. Traveling will take at least 3 hours out of your day just to get to your destinations and back. The outside is ugly and there is basically no place in or around the hotel to relax.
The restaurant in the hotel is even worse. Normal computer printed A4 page menus are given to you, on separate loose pages (not bound) - at least 50% of the food items are not in stock. Almost a full page for wine, but no one bottle of wine in stock. Same with the food. The service is slow to non-existing.
I am sure if money is a problem, you will find a better place for the same price or a little bit more expensive - but this one is to be avoided until they get their service in order!
