I had a slight problem with the noise level in my room but the management could not have been more apologetic and helpful in addressing this issue.

The hotel though equipped with all modern amenities preserves old-world charm and gives you an idea of the legendary Athenee Palace. They serve excellent breakfast (unlike other Hiltons and five-star-hotels) with a huge variety of fresh and high quality food and the staff, especially the breakfast team, is really nice, helpful, attentive, combining professionalism with authentic friendliness. Since many places in Bucharest have degenerated, it is important to have an excellent pied-à-terre in this wonderful, though somewhat shabby town, which suffers from both the economic crisis and bad administration. My top rating for value for money reflects the HotelTravel special offer. My top rating for food only refers to breakfast since we had dinner outside.

Beuatiful building situated in the very centre of Bucharest. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Swimming pool area needs some renovation but it is being done. Food in Roberto's restaurant was not impressive and service was slow. Great and efficient hotel. Typical Hilton.
