Amazing stay in Brasov
My friend and i had the pleasure of staying here two nights in Mid March.
This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the old town, which makes it an excellent location for exploring Brasov.
The owner was friendly, helpful and provided us with lots of information about Brasov and day trips to visit the nearby castles.
The apartment itself was amazing- very unique and you can tell the owner has put a huge amount of thought and love into presentation and comfort. It's set over 2 floors with a balcony (although unfortunately we could not use this due to the recent snow). There was excellent Wifi, a flat screen satellite TV with another TV upstairs, a coffee maker with tea and coffee provided. The only thing i can think of that wasn't ideal was that the bed mattress was hard, although i think this may be the norm for many hotels in Europe.
Unfortunately we were not able to sample the breakfast at the nearby restaurant as there was work being completed there which had not finished, however the owner was very apologetic and gave us the money back straight away.
We had a brilliant time in Brasov and very much looking forward to returning to Casa Rozelor in the future! Would definitely recommend.

A home away from home - amazin....
Travelled as a couple in mid January. Despite the cold weather we were greeted warmly at the reception and given a lot of information about the town and surrounding area with some good recommendations.
The room itself was amazing - we were in room six with which was set over two floors with a balcony. The room was very comfortable, warm heating and cable TV on both floors.
Breakfast was included which was served in a equally quirky restaurant just around the corner. We left too early on two occasions before breakfast was served but our host provided an alternative breakfast of bread, cured meats and cheese to our room - the hotel really did go out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.
The hotel was centrally located with a short walk to the town square and the premises felt really secure.
We would highly recommend a visit to Brasov and Casa Rozelor

Extremely well located small boutique hotel in the heart of Brasov. Rooms are large and very tastily furnished. Hard to top.
The reception lady at our arrival did not really know town at all, which was a shame, but we organised ourselves. Also, breakfast is in a bar nearby, but that in itself is not an issue.

Fabulous - on pedestrian stre....
While this boutique hotel is on a pedestrian street, the police may lower the barricade to allow your car up to the property (with small parking lot within the grounds). Be prepared that you may have to lug bags from the closest roads that are a 3-5 minute (max) walk from the vehicular roads at either end of the street. We shlepped our bags (technically we rolled them along the cobblestone street) and were rewarded with this charming small boutique hotel within a historic building. We had room #7 on the bottom floor.
It wasn't just a room, it was like a high-ceiling, studio apartment (decor is a what I'd call "bohemian chic", antiques and modern art combined) with small stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, toaster, sink, dining table, etc...including dishes, cups, utensils. Large comfortable bed, crisp clean sheets, down comforter. You could comfortably live here for many days. Bathroom was artsy blend of antiques with modern plumbing fixtures. There's fast wifi and flat-screen tv (with CNN, BBC Euronews, etc...I'm a news junkie). The location is outstanding - in the heart of the old city. Really looking forward to breakfast, provided to guests at a charming cafe around the corner. After 2 1/2 weeks of touring from Albania to Romania, I'm learning that the best values, nicest accommodations seem to be in the smaller boutique hotels rather than the big, supposedly 5-star hotels.
Pride of ownership is visible here. I would highly recommend this place to friends who normally book the big, most expensive hotels.
