What a scruffy dump.
They had a sign in the window for ACSI, but didn’t give the discount. Unkempt site with electrics too far apart, and not very level.I am disabled and use an electric scooter, but the monsoon drain made it impossible to get across to the road. The bar was up a set of steps which was difficult for me to access, there was an accessible toilet which I didn’t view but no other facilities I could see. The whole place is very run down, and the most expensive we stayed at in Portugal. We were woken up several times in the early hours of the morning by cockerels and barking dogs, though I appreciate that was not their fault. Just inconsiderate neighbours. I will never go back there.

Stayed here 2 nights to meet friends staying in Vilamoura.. a huge shabby site ! Everything needs a lot of TLC . Wouldn’t mind but at 44.80€ for 2 nights we expect better facilities. We will not be staying here again. internet only available around bar area.

Catherine and David's Excellen....
Having stayed at a few Orbitur campsites on our way through Portugal I thought I knew what we were going to experience.
I had prebooked as I thought that would help my check in. Half an hour later I realised I didn't have to. To cut a long story short this site was scruffy, unhygenic and the showers are dangerous. Cold water to wash dishes, bare wires in toilets. Tepid water suddenly changing to scalding. I am sure Portugal has Health and Safety and am looking to report.
If it was cheap I would not have bothered posting this but in December when the site is empty was €26 a night. Stay away.

Lovely out of season
Stayed in neptuno bungalow which was surprisingly modern and clean. Was very happy with the conditions and its location. The pools available are nice and clean but water was a bit too cold to enjoy. The pool slide is in scary condition though and doesn't seem safe to use.
Lovely beach nearby and close enough to quarteira itself.
We loved our stay but in season it might be a bit too busy and loud. Lovely staff, very helpful.

Stayed in a bungalow at the campisimo near Sagres. Reception very helpful and accommodation was good. We ate in the restaurant on site and the food and price was reasonable. Would stay here again when we return
