Fairy tale accomodation
Right in the center of Arraiolos, so close to everything.
I would recommend booking one of the suites for a bit more money.
Public parking available, although sometimes you have to park about a 5 minutes walk away.
Breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, yogurt and some homemade cake, asw well as coffee and juice.

Living in the past
This is a noble home with wonderful amenities, we booked one of the two
Suites. Very spacious and comfortable with two large beds and pleasant
Large bathroom. The rooms are decorated with original pieces going back
To the previous centuries. You really feel as if you live there, it also has a view of the main square. Breakfast is served in a small private room.
You are given a key to the room and another to the main entrance. They do
Not serve meals and you have to park nearby on the street. The Inn is located near a very good restaurant and the street is only for pedestrians.
Best of all is the price. The staff are very friendly.

A place of charm and character....
A beautiful and traditional Alentejo town house now converted into a stylish boutique hotel. On arrival we were allocated a new room on the ground floor which was nothing like the pictures on the web site but when we asked to move we were given the choice of two delightful rooms with seperate bathrooms. The owners were kind and courteous . They were helpful with our bikes and with recommendations of where to eat.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful owner. He did not spoke English, but he immediately called to his grandson who translated our questions and his answers, so we got all information. We got magnificent room with old, beautiful furnitures. On breakfast the owner baked cake for us.

Your own castle
We were surprised when we were led to our room and it had lush fabrics and a beautiful old stone fireplace. Very grand but in the intimate environment of a real portuguese home. The owner is a rug dealer, which is a specialty in the town. Very charming and welcoming. We had reserved elsewhere but got list and couldn't find it, and knocked on the door of casa Diego. Couldn't have been happier. Also, the bed and sheets were the most opulent of our trip. All for 50 euros!
