Convenient, modern, quiet
I highly recommend this apartment. An easy walk to most places or take the tram 5 minutes walk away. It is quiet and away from the main tourist areas and hotels. The apartment has everything we need... Very modern, light and comfortable.
The second bedroom is downstairs and has a double bed. Our kids were fine sharing.
Wifi is reliable. The host , Rene, very helpful.

not recommended (but don't you....
The location is great, the house and the rooms however are outdated . Should have been painted and refurbished quite a few years ago. Bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Staircase gives impression you're staying in a student housing complex. Smells of cats (urine) too, especially on the staircase and hall way, but noticeable on the top floor and in the room. Curious as to what the wet stain in the carpet was when we arrived, but maybe I really don't want to know. Maybe the cats get into the rooms sometimes. Price/quality: way too expensive. Not recommended.
btw, a bad review might evoke a hostile response from the owner. Quite possibly there's something wrong with you, so be prepared! (for examples, search online reviews)

A truly gem in Amsterdam. High....
We stayed there for 3 nights in May. I have no complain about this place (except those typical dutch stairs)
The location is the best for me. It is in a lovely hood of Amsterdam, Jordan. You will enjoy everyday in that hood. It is filled with nice cafe and small boutique shop. Actually, the house is in the heart of de9 straats (the nine street) of Amsterdam.
From the house, you can walk to famous central, Leidespein, Rembreprien (sorry for misspell). Only 3 mins walk from SPUI tram station and between, you will enjoy the will of Amsterdam Canal
And for the room, we stayed in the biggest room with street view. I can say it is one of the best room of B&B I have ever stayed. It's clean and nice decorated. Rose also set the tea, coffee, fridge and microwave in the room So everything is perfect for us !!
Most important, the price is very reasonable and worth for what we received from here
I am really recommend Rose BnB to everyone

i spend 5 days with my family.
great location. In the center of the city.
the room was fully equipped, not so clean but no matter because we didn't spend all day in that room, it was warm.
we stayed at the second floor of the building and we had to go up very narrow stairs with our suitcases. the only reason i say that is for the old persons.

very reasonable and ideally lo....
we booked this place for queens day weekend which i would advise against. the whole of wolvenstraat effectively becomes a rave all weekend and getting in and out of the apartment is pretty much impossible between about 4pm and 2am. even then we had to climb through a window and over a fence!
on the other hand - it is a lovely apartment and perfect for two couples travelling together. we sat at the dining table with the windows open in the morning enjoying breakfast bought just around the corner. it is in the '9 streets' area in the jordaan which is stunningly beautiful and full of lovely shops and cafes. there's a big fridge in each bedroom, a kettle and a microwave so perfect if you're on a budget and want to eat in.
