Nice hotel
The hotel is nice, room size are big, clean rooms. Service was also very good. Manager assisted with sightseeing taxi and to airport. Very nice service from all staff. Food is also decent. But a bit from the lake. 10 min walk from hotel.

Charged double
familyI had booked this stay for my parents through makemytrip and made the upfront payment. During checkin, they did not mention anything. But during checkout, they denied receiving any payment from makemytrip and said they have blocked makemytrip as they have kept their money. They insisted on cash payment and as my parents could not reach out to me, they paid in cash, received a receipt and left. Now i have to chase makemytrip for a refund. Never expected such an incident to happen with a hotel registered on mmt.
