Review Of Holiday Inn Resort KATHMANDU BUDHANILKANTHA

The air-conditioning in the room was bad. The moment I entered the room the AC was not working and I requested the house keeping to come and check the air-conditioning. The staff came after half an hour they tried to fix it but even after that the ac was very not working and the room was warm. I am giving a bad review only and only because of the air conditioning. Apart from air conditioning not working properly, all the staff was helpful and polite. The food at the breakfast was average in terms of variety but the staff was attentive, polite and helpful. I have no complaints about the staff at the front desk, at the restaurant or housekeeping, they were all very helpful and polite. But the air-conditioning was the worst thing in this hotel. Otherwise the view from the room is good, rooms are new and clean( although the rooms are not sound proof) . But overall every thing else is perfect, but the air conditioning is bad...really bad.

Absolutely amazing stay . The staff was the main star . Everybody is so warm and helping . The property is good . Can be better , but nothing specific to point out . The food is fine . The swimming pool is a little one but does the job , the gym has good everything to maintain yourself while on vacation . The view is good . Also I would like to mention the best staff we came across , Salma at the reception was very helpful , Sugam was An amazing help at the restaurant , Sajan was very helpful by the swimming pool and Devendra was very very helpful at the spa and gym area .

It was amazing stay at the resort. Service was good and so was food. Staff was very courteous and took.good care of us.

The location of the property is very beautiful it not very far from the main city and will also provide you with ultimate serene beautiful picturesque landscape view...and the property also provides with all the luxurious facility backed by friendly & professional staff who will take care after all your demands and needs from the day of check-in till the day of check out.

Property is located in the heart of mountains from where you can get the full view of city.Food was quite good. Staff was quite supportive and very polite.

The services and staff and hospitality are awesome.
