ok stay,food is also ok,nice location, behaviour of staff is also good but room amenities like AC needs to be worked on

Good location, Good Property, Average a food, but very costly. High Per night rate, lot of mosquitoes, some very good staff members.

everything was good, there were variety of items in the breakfast, quick service, but l had booked 8 rooms and send request to cancel 1 room by message to hotel and also requested on make my trip but it was not cancelled and l didn't get refund

The property is at good location. Walking distance from Janaki Mandir. Room was very good with a beautiful Garden. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food was excellent and Resturant is very good with garden view. One must try Mithila thali which was simply wonderful.

we booked hotel with breakfast. when we reached at restaurant for breakfast only few items were available maximum items pots found empty. we have waited for about 20mins for Puri and bhaji and other stuffs. At the end we left the restaurant without food.

Good room, extremely courteous staff, specially housekeeping and restaurant staffs. Only demerit is loud music during events hampers a peaceful stay and room service takes a long time to deliver. the hotel do not have lift.

Mithila Yatri Niwas was an excellent choice to stay in Janakpur. Hotel staffs are very helpful and I will certainly recommend you to consider it for your stay. Few points to considered before booking. > As they don’t have lift so if you have elderly then try to get rooms on Ground floor. > If you are booking through MMT then you may not get free airport transfer. You can pay and get the service. Overall I would recommend this hotel for your future stay.

Room like 1 star. Food is wrost

Actually in spite of booking they did not provide me room. For 2 hours I wait there and ultimately they told me that MMT has booked wrongly as they do not have inventory. I had to return from Janakpur Dham because I couldn't get any good room in any other hotel due to huge wedding rush. Someone told me that they have the booked entire property in last hour for a wedding for taking huge sum. that is why they denied all prebooked rooms.

First of all they refused to give us a room. After arguing and complaining we had to get a room. Then instead if delux double room they put us in a lower grade room. The room was unclean and they gave our room to different guest. I should be getting a refund. The way things went down and you couldn’t reach to the property also. I had to fight with the reception. That should not have happened

No lift, bathrooms too small, pillow quality needs improvement, price high viscosity a vise facilities, town etc

Overall excellent stay. Very prompt and quick check-in. All staff are friendly and happy to provide the best hospitality experience. Nice property

Rooms no neet nenss, rats coming rooms damage our bags and food items. I complained several times receipt-ion no response.

Hotel as got ample parking, good garden and clean. Staff are cooperative. Lift is not there.

Hotel washroom has smell and when i complained about it they just do their formalities but problem not resolved. Again the bedsheet and mattress was not suitable in terms of quality as per the room. Staff are courteous but unable to help. Restaurant food was awesome.

The location was near the temple making it very convenient to visit. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Location is ideal… not far from Janaki Temple and opposite Dasrath Lake. Food was great! There was water issue for the two days we stayed there. No water as water motor got burnt. They did give us water in bucket. The staff was very accommodative and made arrangements for our ‘no onion, no garlic food’ all the time. Pushpa, Pintu, Sandeep were extremely helpful.

Location is good. House keeping service is very bad. Behavior of front desk personal is terrible. Dining is everage.
