Review Of Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Good location Nice rooms..Need improvement of having the 3M drinking water be repositioned to the living room..It should not be placed in bathroom..

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Pavilion Mall and close to Chunghat Market, which made shopping and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the staff were polite and welcoming, which made my stay comfortable. One area for improvement would be the vegetarian breakfast options — they were very limited. This place is great for non-vegetarian guests, but vegetarians might find the choices a bit lacking. Overall, a good stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located hotel with friendly service.

Staff was also very courteous and helpful, the check in and check out process was smooth. Breakfast spread was good but they can add a few more vegetation items since the vegetarian option was very limited. location of the hotel is also very good right in the centre of kula lumpur most of the major attractions are a walking distance away. Very comfortable stay, centrally located to all attractions, very understanding staff at the front desk

Stay was great and comfortable. The staff was very polite and kind and paid attention to every detail. Food was testy( breakfast) and overall stay was very pleasant as the location added extra advantage as the hotel is situated right close to the nice places around.

Nice clean rooms with plenty of electric outlets water filter for pure drinking water was very helpful. Staff members were very helpful during our stay, always ready and willing to help. Thanks to a deb for helping us reserve airport transportation. We will definitely return if we visit kl again.

The hotel is in the main city and in KLCC, so you can walk to twin Towers or can go to the pavilion Mall very easily. The room size is also very good. The TV size was also very good, but did not have Netflix or any other OTT apps. *The big turn off*: We took shower 3 times and two times Hot water was not coming. Also if you order something for room like cups or teabags,it takes a lot of time. This is not something we expected from such a High Brand hotel. We could’ve easily booked some of the cheaper options which are available in KLCC like ibis or holiday inn but we still went with Novotel because of how good it was in India. Also The washroom area to take a shower is very small, you cannot even spread your hands. If you are on budget trip and short on time then you can avoid this place.

Hotel is located in the centre of the city and easy access to kl tower and twin tower. Checking timing is 2. 00 pm, so if any one is landing in early morning hours then could have wait till 2. 00 pm for checkin in hotel. Brakefast was good and view from the too big window was very nice. Overall good experience. Thanks

We stayed 5 days in this hotel. The hotel is situated at center location. Easy to go to main attractions like aquarium, petronas tower and right opposite to book-it bintang and pavillion.

Stay was decent. Rooms are small, booked a king size bed, but the room had queen size. Also, it was not as depicted in pictures. Breakfast was good with decent options

One of the best hotel, on request they given us early check in. Hotel is centrally located. House staff are cooperative. Kids zone also on the dining floor

What truly stood out during my stay was the friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone went out of their way to ensure i had a pleasant stay. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The only suggestion i have is regarding the dining options. While the menu offers a variety of choices, i noticed that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. Expanding the vegetarian offerings would be a great improvement and cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Overall, novotel kl provided a memorable stay, and i highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. With a bit more variety in the menu, particularly for vegetarians, it would be perfect.

The level of service was very disappointing, especially the duty manager. We were very surprised with their behavior and response to our queries

The staff was very unfriendly, especially the duty manager. We had a booking for 6 pax in 2 rooms, 3 in each room, which was clearly mentioned in our booking. However, the duty manager was not willing to acknowledge the same.

Location of the hotel is its advantage. Lot of premium shopping places around. Stay was comfortable, food options could be better in general

Very poor service, staff also not helpful. Even refused to served milk for a kid. They follow rule book like military academy and not a hotel.

Location wise absolutely great place to stay in. Food is ok, just had complementary breakfast, more food options in pavilion mall which is just 2 min walk from the hotel.

This hotel is just next to the pavilion mall. That's the best part. Breakfast options are spread across. Room size is small given the location. Having said that, service quality is good. They were quite prompt to do check in and check out. Staffs were courteous.
