The staff was wonderful..rooms were clean. everything was nice overall.. the place is very close to kl sentral mall and monorail. the restraint is also good

Property location is main highlight, very easy access to metro. Good staffs. Will recommend to everyone.

The stay was good, the room and bathroom were neat and tidy. Room service was also good.

Staff was very helpful and a convenient location to access all the tourist places. The drawbacks i would say is that... rooms are too crunched and drinking water provided is 1L per day for a room occupied by two and for refilling we have to reach floor 5. Other concern is that smell of cigarattes smokes during night time... And theres no lock to the bathroom to lock from outside which leaves the bathroom door open always , Also theres is no wastebin inside the bathroom. My other concern is that the breakfast availablilty,the hotel is providing a breakfast voucher of 10RM for a deluxe room, which is too short to cover the breakfast charges with the menu available at the nearby diner. It should be made to atleast 15RM to cover the breakfast expense. These are certain concerns the Hotel should continue to improve. Apart from that a warm stay at a convienient location.

location is just perfect, bang outside Kl Sentral metro. room was smallish but had all amenities. cleanliness was good.

The rooms were near and clean. They were cleaned daily. the location of the hotel is apt for tourists. It has easy accessibility to public transport.

Certainly one of the best! we went on a very short trip to kl for 3 days earlier this week and we chose easy hotel after going through a lot of user reviews. I want to really thank the people who work there for their excellent hospitality and warm welcome. We had an amazing stay there. The best part is that the deluxe family room we stayed in was so cosy, spacious enough for 4 people, clean, well maintained and with a window. The price for was relatively cheaper than other hotels too. I must mention that they cleaned the room, changed the bedding and refilled the complementary tea/sugar packets everyday. We found that there was no hairdryer in the washroom initially and so we informed the reception people. They brought it to us in less than 5 minutes. The room service people were always ready to help. Anyone who's looking for a stay in budget can go for this one blindly. The bus station, metro station were all very near to the hotel. There were plenty of shops too, if you needed to get something. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, which had fa-rely good food as well. We needed late checkout and they made arrangements for that too very quickly and with ease. All in the whole, our three days in malaysia was amazing and a huge thanks to easy hotel for making it even better. Ps: 5 stars for sure!

Worst hotel ever very small rooms not as mentioned in hotel rooms categories i had booked triple deluxe room of 225sqft but room i got was hardly 150sqfy

Excellent location! few steps away from kl sentral so no problem with connectivity. The monorail entrance is right next to hotel. Shower gel, soap, shampoo, dental kit is provided though no moisturizer or shower cap. Room is small with an open wardrobe and a tiny bathroom. One point for improvement:they should provide separate bin in the bathroom. Staff is very polite and helpful. They have luggage room as well. It's close to nu sentral mall for eating, shopping, money exchange etc. 7/11 is right next to the hotel.

Easy hotel was at a great location where you can access bus and train communication with 5 mins walking distance and for indian tourist it is a paradise as little india was hardly 300 meters and there are a lot of north and south indian restaurants near the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and cooperative, some of them are well spoken in hindi.
