    I booked Makemytrip Golden Suites at Platinum KLCC Kuala Lumpur 1bhk apartment 6 days it was very nice. I stayed 23th floor. Swimming pool and gym access was there. Swimming pool is very attractive, twin tower and KL tower both are visible from the infinity pool. Tv, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kitchen hob, necessary kitchen utensils were there. Well decorated rooms, interior design was very nice🥰🥰😍😍❤️❤️The rooms are spacious, modern, and offer breathtaking views of the city skyline. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight — perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Staff and owner , aseel sir very were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers , and family in Kuala Lumpur

    recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff appeared to be untrained and unprofessional. It was clearly visible that this was not a corporately managed hotel but rather a privately handed-over property being operated casually. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone and email (including messages sent 3 days prior to my check-in), there was absolutely no response. Calls were ignored, and my email inquiry through Gmail went unanswered. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially for guests who travel with expectations of proper hospitality. Basic communication and customer service were lacking entirely. There was no proper coordination, no support during check-in or stay, and overall it felt like the staff had no interest in guest satisfaction. I strongly urge the management to take feedback seriously and either train the staff or hand over the operations to a more professional team. Guests don’t just pay for rooms — they pay for service, support, and peace of mind.

    There is no coordination. The host is not available. There is no cutlery. It’s hyped and over rated. It is better to stay in hotel than these types of service apartments. If you have three pax it is another thing.

    The problem is there is no proper response and contact with anyone responsible. A hotel stay is any way better. We are to go in search of a hotel. The instructions come on whatsapp is of arrogant nature and of poor taste. I can share some of them if needed. The check in itself was a hassle. The check out is a joke. Leave the key on the table and send a picture by whatsapp.

    Terrible service

    Induction plate was out of order & we requested to fix it, none of them took a initiative to come and check until 3 days or fix it. At the end told us to change the room which we didnt do at the end. Reception staff doesnt wants to interfere with any of the matter as they say the suites are private property. All the queries are handled in whatsapp. Very poor response from the managmnt.

    The apartment was good, some fixtures in the bathroom were not working. The washing machine was broken but they offered to wash our clothes. There was access to the 50th floor swimming pool. And our stay was at 37th floor. Communication was a bug mess as there is no number to call for. You have to chat for everything. There is no service during night. Will have to wait till next morning if any house keeping is required. By paying a bit more we can get even better stays and with a but less we can get even more luxurious rooms.

    The apartment is nice and good. But maintenance is very bad. The entire apartment doesn’t have even a single plug point for charging. I had to remove the tv plugs and use it. There is actually nothing called crown suites here. It is saba suites. These guys are not official and are managing everything on whatsapp. There will be no one till 3 pm, so we reached here at 1 but had to wait for 2 hours till we could meet anyone for check in. The service is very slow and mostly unresponsive. We have to send a whatsapp message for everything and we get a reply if and when they read it. The place is good but experience is very poor.
