Very poor service and even water was not available in bathroom after complain also they did not do anything no phone in the room and for towel I had to go twice. And there was no place in the room to keep your luggage

Rooms are congested for three persons. They ask for extra tourism tax of RM 10 on arrival, why don't they include it in hotel booking amount. They provide free city tour but that is a trick. They will take you to their partner shops which is totally a commission game. Free breakfast is almost good but they count the number of eggs served !!!

Sad Make my trip is losing value by registering such places in the list. Place is worst ever I have seen Not even a place of 1sq mtr to stand in the room Zero ventilation It is worse than a jail We did not stay even after paying the amount to MMT

We reached the hotel at around 2. 30 PM which was our check in time, but the staff said that we'd have to wait for some time to get our room, so we waited for one hour, we got our room at 3. 30 PM so we carried our luggage at first floor till our room when we saw our room the room was not cleaned. Went back to reception (with all our luggage) told them that the room isn't clean. The lady realised her mistake and gave us a new room. I mockingly told her "with this kind of service we are entitled for a discount'. To which (the Indian origin lady replied) "Are you an Indian. I said "yes". Then she made an unsuitable remark " Usually all Indians have these kind of problems". I literally was taken aback by this kind of behaviour from staff side. You don't give us clean room, you make us wait for an hour, your rooms were stinking and staff was rude, no luggage carry service and still you believe their isn't any problem from your side. Kudos.

The hotel is decent with a nice location. Many restos nearby with all kinds of options available for dining. Room was a bit small but decent for a solo budget traveller. The front desk and staff are very friendly. Ready to help you with anything you need. Overall good.

Stayed in this hotel for just one night. I was alone and opted for the single room. Was perfect for my budget stay. Although compact, there was enough room to keep my bags and things around. Very clean rooms and comfortable. It is located very close to Berjaya times square and walking distance from IMBI train station,making it an excellent location for the price paid. Would definitely recommend it to anyone on a budget travel.
