The hotel was situated at the heart of the city. It was right beside the Rialto bridge. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy. The only drawback was, the rooms were small. But overall, it was amazing. Must visit and worth every penny.

Nice location, but pricey for such small rooms. It is Venice you see! Average breakfast, but lots of fruits and fresh boiled eggs. They should at least keep couple of bottles of water in the room for the price they charge. Staff were courteous, not very helpful though, except for one gentleman who was on duty in the evening.

Excellent location. We seen so many people wondering around streets with maps trying to find their hotel staying next to the Rialto bridge is a prime location. Rooms were clean and tidy only bad thing was the view of a roof.

Location and professional service are its strongest points. However, location also implies that the structure of the building is not compatible with offering spacious rooms and modern facilities. It has a little bit of the charm of the old days.
