Every person helped with a smile on his or her face. The bell boys and in room dining was also too notch. One of the few european Hotel Excelsior Venices which provide a turn down service at night. If you are travr9by water taxi they have a direct arrival pier where you land directly at the Hotel Excelsior Venice. The Hotel Excelsior Venice may look a bit old and jaded but everything else is top notch. Worth the cost.
