Only for the location
I spent one night in this hotel as I needed a cheap stay nearby Porta Susa and that's the only thing I recommend if you want to stay here: the location.
Forget about the rest: shower wasn't working properly (ONLY SUPER HOT WATER and nobody cared to fix it as we were just spending one night), NOT 100% CLEAN, old building, not soundproof walls (LOT OF NOISE FROM THE OTHER ROOMS), NO BUFFER BREAKFAST (AS LISTED), but comfy bed.

Clean, Cheap, and Friendly
Perfect hotel for what we needed, great price and a good location, the breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly, we asked questions where to eat and they provided a number of terrific options. This is not the Hilton but to be honest you only sleep there and the room was modern, clean, and very well priced. I would stay again without hesitation.

Location is good, close to the Porta Nuova Station and to a supermarket, across the street from a take-away pizza.
But overall attitude is overly thrifty: what was announced as a breakfast was in fact a hot drink with a small-size croissant; definitely not much. Plus one is charged for leaving a luggage on the day of departure, whatever the amount of time you leave them; I thought only EasyHotel could do that. With a check-out time at 10:30, it is an almost unavoidable charge.
Overall I believe the hotel plays the mean game of hiding extra-costs so as to be favoured in price-up ordered lists.

Super location, very old build....
The location is perfect for somebody traveling without a car, since it is quite central and 5 minutes walking from the metro and train station of porta suza.
Stuff was very polite and helpful but the building itself and the facilities not the best. The place needs a renovation urgently. We had cracks in our room, which is not that it felt unsafe but it is not ok.
The room was very small and with a small window that we didn't even check or open, since we were there for one night. Bathroom was super small and my friend was continuously hitting his arms while having a shower, which is also very small. No place to let also your things in the bathroom. Beds were very hard but for me is the best, so i slept quite well and sheets were clean. The whole room was not that clean and the whole building felt not being clean but i do not know if this was the feeling just because it is so old and not taken care.
The rooms are not well sound proofed. I could hear everything from the corridor, since also the door was a thin one.
Breakfast room super dark and almost miserable. The coffee was quite good and they make it in a small bar next to the receptions. Brioche were also ok. There were also fresh apples. The rest of the breakfast included very very bad quality "juice", white toast bread, some biscuits, packaged jam and chocolate spread and butter. Furthermore a cake that was also packed and not eatable, yogurts and cereals. From the salty point of view there were slices of 2 salamis but of very bad quality. We were there something like 30 minutes and nobody brought new things, so I do not know what happens when things finish but when we were done, they removed the dishes quite fast.
For the price i paid, i wouldn't go back. But for something like 35-40 euros i would say that it is ok.

Family long weekend - excellen....
Don't let the outside mislead your opinion of this hotel: rooms are newly renovated and very nice. The position is excellent and very close to Porta Susa (bus, train, underground) station. If you get there by your own car, it is quite difficult to park it because of very limited space behind the hotel - but there is no reserved area in the front. Not a lot of choice for breakfast if you expect full English breakfast
