Karl and Paula
We stayed for 3 nights, were initially worried that the hotel was too far away from Central Rome, but after spending a day in the busy city centre, we were glad to be able to get away from the madness and relax each evening. The hotel is a family run business, with everyone approachable and helpful, especially Luca. We enjoyed the food with prices much more reasonable compared to central Rome. The place is rustic with bags of personality and character.

Like your family house abroad
I stayed for 3 months during a business project in Rome and had the best experience in this lovely residence.
When you approach the venue (by car, because you need a car in Italy) don't be put off by the industrial looking area because with it's wood and stone buildings the Residence is full of italian charm.
Bedrooms are nice, clean and comfortable. If you are a lodger like me you can also enjoy the most amazing food for around £10 a night for dinner. But the best part was the people! The hosts, Patrizia and Lorenzo and their 2 sons, Luca and Simone, run the place so you are as comfortable as at home and they are ready to recommend places and share a glass of wine a chat with guests.
Beach is 20 minute drive away and for women who like shopping the designer outletr Castel Romano is just 10 min drive!
Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back! Specially when the pool is open!
