Great location and friendly st....
The hotel is basic but if you analyze the combination of the price, location, amenities, breakfast, service and so on its good choice for budget traveller. The only minus for me is the slowest lift ever. I think they have work on it because I never experienced that slow lifts.

This hotel was great for a short stay. It's super close to Termini station with its buses, trains and Metro. Transfers to both airports are easily available at a reasonable cost from Termini.
The room itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. All the staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine with a selection of breads, pastries, cooked meats, cheeses, fruit and yogurt. There was also good coffee/tea and fruit juices. Again, the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful.
A lot of the reviews mentioned the noise - we didn't find this to be a problem once the french windows and blinds were closed. After all, you're in the centre of a busy metropolitan city and you can expect to hear traffic! Yes, there were also homeless people, but everywhere we went in Rome was the same scenario, much the same as every large city you visit.
There were a wide variety of shops and places to eat close to the hotel. The cafe next door also did amazing gelato!
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again. Thank you to the staff who made our stay such a pleasant one!

Directly across the road from the train station makes it a handy location, but it isn't a very pleasant location with lots of homeless hanging around etc. The reception staff were very disinterested and not friendly when checking in, the lift is old and in a state of disrepair and not large enough to take a couple and their luggage together - it stopped on me once on my trip up to the room on the 6th floor. The air conditioning didn't work in the room, the linen on the bed was good and clean but the bed covers were old and smelly. the worse thing of all was the bathroom - so cramped your legs didn't fit in front of you when sitting on the toilet, the shower cubicle was missing a door so the bathroom was sprayed with water once you managed the contortions needed to get yourself over the bidet and into to the shower to actually have a shower - it was the most uncomfortable hotel bathroom I have ever come across. We took to going down to the first floor and using the toilets attached to the breakfast room out of desperation! I will score the hotel a couple of points for the decent sheets, the generous breakfast that was included (pastries, cereal, cold meat and cheeses), the double glazing was sufficient to keep out the street noise and they had a luggage storage room which was convent as we weren't flying out until late on the day we checked out.

Stopped for 3 nights. Our room on Termini side. Very noisy from 6 in the morning with Taxis sounding horns constantly. Could even hear people talking in street. Hotel full of noisy disruptive kids. Corridors and stairs obstructed by schoolchildren on several occasions. Shower terrible. Fridge didn't work properly. Bed comfortable. Breakfast adequate. No fresh juice. Preformed ham and sliced cheese slices. Ok if you like sweet pastries at 7 in the morning. Reception staff had a personality by pass.
If booking make sure you get a room away from main road. Wasn't my choice. Can't see it improving. It is a budget hotel. You get what you pay for.

I do reccommend this hotel, just across Termini.Just 25 meters away you can hope on one of the coaches that operate to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious. The buffett breakfast is quite substantial. The many eat places in the surroundings make this hotel a true gem with a stratigic position.
