Bad service ever
The first expression was completely bad by the receptionist. The rule for check-in is from 13-19:00. But I came at 19:04 and the receptionist was angry at me and yelled at me “you are too late for 1 hour”. I said I came late 4 mins because of the traffic jam but he was still keeping angry and asked me for money. One more thing, he was very talkative. He opened my passport, saw all customs stamps And which contries I had been. I took me around 5 minutes because he not only check my booking details, but also my personal information. His behavior and attitude were totally crazy and unacceptable. There was no smile at all. I will never ever book this hotel again.

Comfortable, convenient and we....
This was a great place to stay to get to the Vatican, villa borghese and the west of centre attractions. A good 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro but lots of local buses.
The guy who greeted us was friendly and incredibly helpful, he told us the east local restaurants - and the ones to avoid - and other good stuff.
You're about ten minutes walk from St Peters square and the Vatican museums.
The room was very comfortable, bathroom clean and service good.
This would have been a five sera review but for three things:
Toilet lid was broken
Breakfast choices were really unimaginative and unappetising
20 euro charge for arriving at 9.30 which seems a bit restrictive to me
However, we may very well go back there as it is good value and well situated

I liked our stay at bedrooms Rome. The room is basic and clean, I loved our little bathroom. We even had a small balcony! The location is perfect, it is near the Vatican. I also felt save, it is a nice area and there is a gate. A big disadvantage was the noise, the train track is nearby and woke us up in the morning. However, it was not only the train. The man that cleaned the room was nice but he made very loud phone calls throughout the day. He could not speak English and when we wanted to sleep in and tell him that we would reuse the towels he did not understand. A big advantage is the kitchen, it is nice and clean. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster, cattle and coffee machine(which I loved, the coffee was very good!). The breakfast consist of toppings for toast and cereal. We bought our own bread and yogurt, which was fine.

Great location for the Vatican; 5 minutes walk. Also perfectly located on the bus route taking you over the bridge to see the major sites. Fabrizio was so helpful with his advice and map ensuring our visit was off to a great start. We got to See the Pope on Wednesday & had an amazing 2 days. thank you

The rooms were very clean and luxurious. Free wi-fi is available in rooms. It is located in walking distance to Vatican City. There are several restaurants on the street. Breakfast was delicious and there was a coffee machine in the shared kitchen. The owner was very helpful.
