The entrance belies what awaits! I was en route between Sicily and the UK so it was handy in terms of proximity to the central station, little more than one night’s stay and wanting to be close to the station for an early start for my onward journey. When will I learn!? Reception was friendly enough, room and bathroom large albeit basic. I was located at the front, and certainly opening the window/shutters enabled you to feel the full Naples effect, but actually the night was okay; well, I didn't wake! Now breakfast, this was something else. The people running it were not at all friendly, and by the time I arrived (c.08;30), tables fairly mucky though in the process of being cleaned. Coffee and cornetto were fine but when I asked for a bread roll, the basket being empty, I was told there were no more! After expressing incredulity, a few did appear. That aside, there were some yoghurts in the cool cabinet plus some fruit and weak fruit juice.
As so often with hotels close to stations, generally not the best location and some may have considered Eden in quite a challenging environment, even for Naples. Next day saw a large police presence roundabout and that certainly changed things.
Overall, a case of “you pays yer money…”.

Mixed, would not stay again
The hotel has a great location, next to the train station. Our room was clean, simple and the mattress adequate. The toilet stopped flushing so I told the gentleman at the desk the next morning before I left for the day's sightseeing. My friend was ill so she was in the room all day. They never came to fix the toilet. The next morning when we left, I told them I was unhappy that we were 24 hours without a flushing toilet. The gentleman at the desk apologized but what good then. The breakfast room on the 5th floor is lovely. The breakfast should be better for the price of the hotel. I saw bread, croissants and dry cereal. The cappuccino was the worst I had while in Naples.

central location, but hotel is....
On the first sight the room looked fine - however it has not been maintained at all; the small fridge didn't work at all, the toilet seat was broken and just taped together, one light was burnt out. When I asked for a second pillow I got it; however without a cover!
The breakfast was the worst one can imagine - it would be better not to serve any breakfast at all! The coffee didn't even taste like coffee, the rest of the food was the cheapest one can imagine! Everything stale and packed in plastic!
The only thing which worked fine was the shower

Close to station but street no....
We arrived on dusk due to a delayed train and we were shocked by the area at this time. Very dirty and street/homeless people everywhere. We were only here for a night in transit to south Italy to break up the journey so we chose a place close to train station. I was glad it was close as even just on street, I felt very uncomfortable. During the day when we checked out, the vibe around the street was a lot better.
Check in was fine. Breakfast was extremely basic. Room was old but had the amenities needed. Rubbish bin wasn't emptied from previous guest.
It was a quick sleep and check out for us. I wouldn't stay here again but for value and close to transport, it's ok

Not the nicest place in the wo....
Internet does not work, toilet didn't flush. Not the best area and couldn't sleep due to the noise outside.
Room was clean, but the extra spare pillow was disgusting.
Nice breakfast with good service!
Wouldn't want to repeat the experience and glad I only had to stay there for one night.
