Great location but rooms where not very effective in terms of cards usage and air conditioning maybe good to opt in other months other than summer

The service was really bad or was not there at all. There was no tea kettle and when kettle was provided there was no milk. The safe locker was not working as one battery was missing. The washbasin had no mesh so if anything falls then it will go through the drain. Overall we paid so much but the quality was bad

I found this property and says its a 4 star hotel. Well it is not maybe it can go for 3 the room doesnt have a kettle or complementary water while being an expensive room not cheap this should be available as all 4 star hotels do. I stayed for 4 nights i will attach pictures dust was not cleaned of surfaces. We arrived the headboard had oil or some greasy substance on it. Hotel reception staff very rude no smiles at all as if they are forced to work it was unpleasant other than the proximity to the station i would not visit this hotel again

The Hotel is located at perfect location and we'll connected with train and metro stations. We reached at late hours and it was convenient to See Hotel just across the Station. Still the stay was calm and we didn't get any disturbance of trains of traffic. There are many shops and restaurants Around. We took the dinner and breakfast and found both great. Loved the stay and will surely stay at Glam Milano when we return back for next visit.

Stayed for 8 nights on a business trip. Best view from room, clean rooms, supportive staff, good variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner.

It was nice. Well educated staff. Nice food. Near train Station. Very clean. I would like to go every time during my stay in in this City.
