Substantial Breakfast, Profess....
This hotel is a beautiful property that offers free wifi and breakfast. They even accommodate 3 people in a room with 3 twin beds. You just need to make sure that you have amenities for 3 people (towels, slippers, water, etc) or else they will only provide you with enough for 2 people. Rooms were a very good size. Don't wait until the last minute to enjoy breakfast because you may not get the seating you want or the menu choices that you were hoping for.

Spent two nights in Florence at Sina Villa Medici and found the staff very helpful and professional. The room was large and comfortable and the location was ideal for sightseeing. Breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard.

35th Anniversy Trip
Beautiful hotel & great staff. We were upgraded to a beautiful & large suite. The bed was very comfortable and the very large bathroom was very elegant. Two sinks, shower and a very large bath tub. Very comfortable sitting area, 2 TV's and large closet space. Highly recommend this property.

Not up to Marriott Standards
Location - not great, not bad. Convenient to train station.
Condition of hotel is nice.
Reception staff is courteous.
Up-charge for breakfast is not in line with other Marriott properties. The big downfall here is follow through. Asked twice for our Platinum welcome gift and it still never showed up. We’ve received one bottle of water in our room since we checked in four nights ago. Today there were no drinking glasses in our room. Disappointing for this level of hotel.

This is not a top of the line hotel. The location of the hotel was disappointing. The room we were upgraded to because of our platinum status was cold and unimpressive. I am wondering why the sitting area was dominated by an enormous desk and really no soft seating. Rather cold and sterile.
What bothered me the most was their ten euro additional fee for breakfast if you selected anything outside of bread or muffins. Why on earth would you nickel and dime someone who has paid 520 euros for a one night stay? I earnestly urge this hotel and the Marriott organization to look into the decision for implementing this practice. I could hear people around me in the restaurant commenting about it and see it is a concern commented upon on Trip Advisor.
