A beautiful property. Needs more services!

First things first, the property is beautiful and has a stunning private beach. We had an apartment and it was super spacious with a front lawn. The location was also great! the negatives - there are zero services with the apartment which we were not informed about and they charge for everything. There is no cleaning, no new towels or sheets, no one to make the bed. They don't even provide cleaning equipment for you to wipe the floor. For the pool, the first towel is free post which you have to pay for the next towel. Around 3 euros each time. While i understand this is an apartment, some basic services would have made the stay moer comfortable.
