This hotel is great! The hotel is beautiful with large spacious rooms. Pool and spa are fantastic. Very relaxing enviornment. What stands out about this hotel is the staff. Everyone is so helpful. If there is anything you need, just ask. They will take care of it. The hotel is not in the city center so you will need to take a cab or the train is a block or two away. Jump on the train and you can be in the city center in 5 to 10 minutes. Up until January this hotel was the Four Seasons. Everyone in Dublin still knows it as the Four Seasons. If you ask the cab driver to take you to the Intercontinental, they will not know where to go. Tell them Four Seasons, they know exactly where it is.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our stay was made all the more pleasant by the attention from the Staff from the moment we drove through the gates. At the last moment we had to bring our toddler and arranging this was no problem. the room was perfect. The Spa staff were lovely. overall we had a 5 star experiences at this 5 star hotel !

The room was lovely besides a big stain on the floor beside our bed.
At breakfast when we were seated by a blonde lady she asked if we had breakfast included with our room, we said we did and she asked if it was the full breakfast or the continental breakfast. We told her we weren't sure and she said she would have to check for us before we could have breakfast. She then walked off and didn't come back. We ended up sitting there for twenty five minutes waiting for her to come back before I walked to the reception to check myself.

We had a very relaxing quiet weekend at the hotel, even though it was the rugby weekend. I particularly enjoyed the Spa and Pool and I ended up spending a fortune in jewellery in the Spa Shop for Christmas Presents.
The staff were always polite but not over the top, and I loved the idea of asking for tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
We will go back.
