Hotel Policy

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

In case of bookings where payment is charged directly at the hotel, we need your Credit Card details to guarantee the booking. The booking confirmation is subject to successful validation of your Credit Card by the hotel. MakeMyTrip will not charge your card; however, the hotel reserves the right to charge a part or full amount before the check-in.

The room tariff is inclusive of extra charges applicable for the children.

If your child requires additional bedding and/or breakfast options, please book them as an adult to ensure the correct room configuration. You will be notified of any additional costs resulting from individual hotel policies regarding children staying with parents and age range allowed

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM.     Rooms are good, pleasing staff, restaurant staff was very cooperative as they did customization for our food as we are vegetarian, the only disappointment was beach as sand was very hard and no waves. And you have to deposit security amount with them which is not mentioned while booking.

    A very good all inclusive resort. The only problem is the food for vegetarians. But upon request a special meal was provided for us too. Overall excellent service, a resort worth staying in.

    It was a pleasant stay at MB. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff at reception and concierge went out of the way to assist when they can. The hotel boutique was a little expensive, although they did provide good service. The staff at the restaurant during breakfast were friendly and efficient, too efficient on the first day when my coffee was cleared as I stepped up to get my fruits helping. The popular items (such as fried chicken) were snapped up quickly and were not refilled. The location is good with access to convenience shops, massage huts and food corners. The beach was not as impressive, with too many beach chairs.

    1. Beach is not good partly because it is not strictly located in the beautiful Nusa Dua area. It’s like Greater China area is not China. Many stones and small rocks on the beach - not purely soft sands. 2. Service quality really bad. Complaints unsolved on the first night have to be re-explained to the next day to on duty staff again making it difficult to communicate. One example: We ordered additional blanket due to freezing air con, waited in the room for the blanket for 20 minutes with no reply. I even opened the door and wait for the blanket. Later manager come with one staff who claimed that he has been knocking our room once by no answer. We do not understand how that is possible given our door is open, and why they do not call us to follow up 3. Facility rundown: air con cannot be adjusted in temperature and wind speed, needs to be upgraded 4. All inclusive package set up is unreasonable, from blue to silver you pay USD 25, only to get laundry of 4 pieces, room wifi (anyway available in lobby) and mini bar. (I personally do not think mini bar is necessary when you get all the service from restaurants in same hotel). Earlier I am told by staff that silver also get upgraded menu in restaurants, but later found out the menu in all restaurants for blue and silver is the same. Hotel did not clearly state the variation in each package, thus makes confusion to guests. 5. Food is not tasty. During our stay in Bali, we tried 3 hotels and ~ 10 restaurants; the food from this restaurant is the least tasty, and disappointed, for all-inclusive guests. Beverage is okay though. Although we have read many negative comments from HotelTravel and Trip Advisor, we still hold the wish that communication could bring us okay service. It turns out to be wrong. Just want to share this lessons with all, that you should not easily believe the rating or marking from hotel. Need to look into the comments from others. To Melia Benoa, There is definitely much room to improve in your service, and a long way to go.
