Bad room bedsheets and towels are two old not usable room cleaning services were very bad

The room was very congested, no towels in the bathroom. No spoons for making tea/coffee. Overall not up to level for so much money

I took this hotel by seeing in google maps and man the location is just fantastic very close to ruin pubs and location very safe late nights. There is an Indian restaurant called Delhi darbar just at the walking distance may be 20 metres from the location which is just perfect though it's food not really top notch but yes pretty okay. Kadhai paneer and yellow Dal was good. Though their service is very poor and it closes at 9:30 pm which was strange. Hotel reception were very helpful and they book Tours for you at the same rate as you find online. And trust hotel guys for Tours they have Tie ups with the good companies. Budapest is confusing city I feel as you won't find any English signals anywhere. So for any booked tour be sure to leave at least 1 hour before for nearby. And yes buy travel card just don't think twice as I paid 16000 forints just for not validating tickets. Firstly there is no one to tell that tickets have to be validated at machines we didn't know so we had to pay but sometimes you really can't help. I regret for not buying travel card. Segway is good for Budapest did a 3 hour tour which was awesome as you have someone to guide and you don't have to walk as ways are confusing. I booked standard room which was on the back but room was very good. They gave us complimentary white wine bottle which was really great. 5 stars I will give for service
