Not a good hotel for BUSINESS ....
All in all the hotel is not bad, quite decent actually.
The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is pretty decent.
The only point that in my opinion makes this hotel unsuited specifically for BUSINESS travel is the fact that the wifi is unreliable. When it woks the speed is ok, but even on a weekday in the late morning hours when noone else should actually be here it suddenly stops working for minutes.
Combine that with the abysmally bad cellphone coverage and it's ok for a weekend in munich, but for a week of work? no way.

Solid hotel by S Bahn station
We stayed here for two nights while visiting Munich. I found this hotel and booked it online. We chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest in the Munich area (something must have been going on while we were there because almost all hotels in the Munich area were over $200/night, but if we arrived a day later the price would have dropped by almost 50%). We also liked their free wifi and free parking in the underground garage.
The hotel was nice, clean and modern. It was roomier than some of the other places we've stayed, and was generally quite nice. By the front desk, they had maps and brochures about things to do in Munich. The hotel offers breakfast must you have to pay for it. Rather than do that, we went to a cafe on the same square as the hotel one morning, and the other a small bakery in the grocery store underneath the hotel.
From this hotel, we were able to walk to the subway station (S Bahn) in 5 minutes and were in downtown (Marienplatz) half an hour later. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the room was very dark. There was one weak light on the ceiling, a small reading lamp on either side of the bed, and a small lamp on the desk. Even with all turned on, it was still dim in our room. If darkness is your thing, you may be interested to know our room had rouladen which allowed us to keep out the early morning light. Overall this place worked well for us, and I would stay here again, at least if their price was competitive.

Exactly what we needed/wanted
We spent there 5 night in August, a group of 3 people. We wanted a clean and nice place, something near the train station. We got what we wanted. It is clean, comfortable and it is very easy to reach Munich center with a train ride.
We didn't have breakfast, so I cannot tell much about it; they have no 24h reception, but this was not an issue, we got there late at night (aprox.8 pm) and we left pretty early in the morning time (6.30 am). The invoice was sent to us by email, as we discussed with the receptionist.
We had a room with a kitchenette, unfortunately nothing stored inside, only the furniture. We loved our big and great refrigerator where we kept our drinks on the hot summer days.
We had a room facing the train station, at the beginning I thought it will be a really bad room and decision but it was not. We couldn't hear the passing trains.
You can find nearby-just below the hotel a huge shop,a grocery store, a DM,coffee shops and a great Greek restaurant and bier garden.
It was a really good choice for all of us.

Next to train station and nice....
We went on motorcycles. Parking was extra, but covered. It's in the middle of a semi closed pedestrian walkway so it's not easy to find at first. Rooms are nice and hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very good and the bar service is recommendable. There are a few local restaurants (good quality) and the train station is just meters away making it a great option. The surrounding area is peaceful enough to enjoy a nice walk.

Good basic clean hotel
Was here for a week training around Munich, and I booked this hotel. The breakfast had varied things and all the things were very fresh, especially the bread,....was yummy.
The hotel is a basic one and its very clean. The staff are very helpful all the time, except on one morning when I had to deal with a grumpy receptionist.
