Only stopped over for one night so it was acceptable. Location is OK, walking distance to the center and station. Room was a single, but equipped with a small kitchenette area if needed. Comfortable shower and amenities, WiFi worked great. I got a significant cashback deal from MakemyTrip as well as late checkout so it made my stay well worth the money I paid. At full price I would perhaps pick another hotel for a transit night stay. At this time there is a whole building being built next door, so the drilling, sledgehammer, and construction noises in the morning were terrible, couldn't manage to sleep in past 8:30am, and it's not really the best way to be woken up with a headache. I had a late check-out but needed to get out of the hotel to escape the noise. It's temporary I realize but something to consider if you're booking in the near future. The construction has only just started. Staff, especially Naveed, were excellent and happy to help. Will stay again if needed, but only after the construction next door is over.

Cleanliness and service are good value for money. Walking to the hotel from the main station is not a good option as it is a long walk through a seedy Muslim area. However, the actual location of the hotel is a quiet residential area. And it is very close to Theresienwiese U-Bahn station, which is just one stop away from the main station by U4 or U5 lines, so going by subway is the best.
