Avoid at all cost!
We stayed in this hotel for one night last May 31, 2018. This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in years. The room is simply not habitable at all. It has no airconditioning unit, hence, you have to open the windows to let the air in. Having done that, you cannot sleep at night because the neighborhood is so noisy with all sorts of noise coming from all directions. I could hear sudden shouts of mobsters yelling at anybody on top of their voices coupled with the wailing sound of police cars patrolling the streets during the wee hours of the morning. Worse, the bathroom is inadequate. There I found the smallest shower cubicle whose doors were so narrow that I could hardly squeeze in. There are no toilet soap, no shampoo or body gel. What they have is an all-in-one dispenser with what looks like a dishwashing gel inside. The bed is as hard as rock while the pillows are so worn out that they could hardly be useful for your head. The carpet in the corridor has this strange smell resembling the smell of human feces. The free breakfast is so so. They serve breads in different looks and sizes that are as hard as stone. Other than a couple of cold cuts and sausages that taste so salty, breakfast is a strange mixture of low cost items. The lone elevater is as antiquated as the buildings of Munich and during rush hour, getting a ride can be challenging for hotel guests.
Some of those who have stayed in this hotel may not agree with me. However, what I have stated in this review are my own experience with this hotel. So let the buyer beware!

Room booked for 4 days, was so small our suitcases took up half the room, double bed, who sleeps in those now a days, it was hard to sleep in, staff were unsmiling, instructions in room need to be reviewed as some of it unclear. No air conditioner and room too hot to sleep in - never stay here again, never recommend as plenty of hotels on same street close to amenities

A nice hotel but not sure about the security side of things good location in that it's beside the train station therefore you can go there on the train straight from the airport and places to eat and a tourist office and the departure point for open top bus tours.

Good location. Very Clean. BUT....
Second stay here. First visited in October 2017 without issue. This visit 20/4/18 was different. Same high standard regarding cleaning and breakfast BUT it was during check in there i became concerned. We booked 3 rooms and my friend received his key. when he went to the room he noticed the room was in use. he went to reception to inform them of this situation. the lady on check in acknowledged she gave him the wrong door key. she apologized and gave him the correct key. My friend then noticed he had left something in the (wrong) room and asked how he could receive it. He was handed the other key to go and collect his belongings alone. no staff member went with him. it made me think about how secure my belongings are and i felt uncomfortable knowing that room had been entered by a stranger twice. thankfully my friend is not the thieving type!
such a shame because i liked this hotel.
our stay passed off with no other issues.

Very Small Single Room
Was at this hotel for 1 night and my review as follows:
It is about 5 minutes walk from Munich HBF. Just exit at the Burger King side, cross the road, turn left and turn right after a pizza place. It is on the same street as Leonardo Hotel, Mercure. This street is a much quiet street than the next street of C&A - which is a red light district. Street is safe even walking at night. Overall, hotel location is good especially to those catching a train at the HBF.
2) Hotel Outlook, Lobby and Check In:
Hotel looks ok from the outside, lobby is spacious too and check in was quite fast.
3) Room 101
A small compact single room with an even smaller bathroom with super small shower stall. Room is neither luxury nor clean as i found few pieces of hair on the pillows. As the shower stall is tiny, i dont recommend this single room to any larger built individuals. Room is dated in my opinion.
Signal is ok.
5) Buffet Breakfast
Basic Buffet Spread and quite crowded. I didnt enjoy the breakfast.
Overall, if the price is not too expensive and just a night stayover, this hotel is ok but if you are looking for a proper 3 star hotel, better to pick other hotels.
