The room we got was in the "not yet renovated" side of the hotel. It was clean, but I could see some leftovers from previous guests. The bed was really good and I had a great sleep. The room was facing the main street but that was not a big issue, there are 2 sets of windows so you can not hear the noise. Location is pretty close to the city center (about 10 min walk) and a couple of restaurants right next to it.

A bit spartan for the price
The Hotel is not located directly in the middle of town but rather 600m away from the centre beside the main road out of town. This was convenient for me as I was heading out of town most mornings and was close enough to the centre to walk in in the evening for a meal.
The hotel itself is a little but spartan in the rooms. Another word might be minimalist, but certainly not homely. The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern. My colleague had problems getting his room warm and had to ask reception to turn his heating up, by contrast I had trouble getting my room down to a temperature I like to sleep at. I tried opening the window, but not only was it too cold outside but the traffic noise meant that I could not sleep if I did. I therefore opened the window before I went to sleep and then closed it when I went to bed; this at least meant I had 3-4 hours before the heat of the room woke me up again.
Breakfast was fine, although the Coffee could have done to be stronger. There was a good selection of cooked food as well as continental breakfast. There was no milk alternative and no allergy labelling, so for me and my Milk allergy and being a Vegan, it was limited.
All the staff where very courteous and pleasant so all in all this was a fairly straight forward hotel. I would imagine a comparable branded hotel would be a holiday inn express.

Clean and comfortable hotel
Hotel location is convenient, not far from center. Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was quiet and clean, bed was extremely comfortable, toiletries and tea making set created additional comfort. Overall impression was very positive
A few tips for future visitors:
1. Air conditioning turns on automatically at night and can be pretty noisy, so it's better to take care about it in advance and ask administrator not to turn it on at night.
2. Wifi credentials (login/password) should be received separately for each device. It means that if you have more than 1 phone/notebook etc. you should take different passwords for all of them to access internet.

Friendly and Helpful Staff
Reception showed exceptional kindness especially when I needed assistance in fixing my car which had a motor oil problem. They really went beyond the call of duty. Hotel accommodation was first rate in my opinion.

It had better days...(room 221....
-Easy to park in the area
-Coffee/tea set and water kettle
-No free WiFi
-Price for breakfast, 17€ for a 3* hotel is excessive!
-Have to call reception each time you want to change the temperature in the room. Unable to do it yourself in the room. Astonishing...
-Mold in some areas around the bathtub
-Looks quite outdated in general
