Best quality price
A very nice and simple hotel with an excellent breakfast. But to me the most important
thing is the car park related to a pretty close tramway line so you can get the
pedestrian 'zentrum' area in a 10 minutes.

Stayed at this property for one night, and was positively surprised from all aspects. Firstly, the public places as well as the room and the bathroom were all so clean. Secondly, the staff, particularly on the morning shift, were so helpful and extremely nice. The receptionist discovered that we missed breakfast, and insisted to give us some food to-go which was heartwarming to say the least. The room itself was modern, clean albeit a bit small, but that was not a problem. The location is not exactly in the center, but is a short ride on the convenient tram, and there is a tram stop close by. All in all, definitely recommended.

Relaxing and simple
Comfortable if rather sparse rooms. No fridge, lift, safe or tea/coffee making facilities. However, it was very quiet, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Pleasant breakfast, with reasonable choice, though service and table clearance was poor when it was busy. Convenient for local shops - including two mini supermarkets and a bakers - and trams to city centre. Parking is a little restricted. There is an excellent value and good quality Italian restaurant next door if you don't want to drag into town for dinner.

Super value for money
Very clean and quiet hotel, nice new rooms, great breakfast. Very friendly personnel, we were given a thorough explanation on our arrival and felt very welcome. Parking in front of the door, tram stops just down the street which will take you to the center within a few minutes. We walked back to the hotel from the center which took about 40 minutes. Free wifi. No fridge or safe in the room. No airco.

No-frills hotel, suited to stu....
This is a no-frills plain hotel, suited to tourism or students. Nothing's palatial about the place - it's strictly bed & breakfast, with quite a comprehensive breakfast in the mornings - but there's no dining facilities nor bar in the evening. (There are a few eating places nearby as well as a mini-market next door, but note very few places take credit card.)
The decor is somewhat reminiscent of a military barracks or a prison, with hard green rubber floors that made for noisy mornings and nights (loud rumbling from trolley wheels) and a room that's very sparse yet functional. I found it clean and warm and did the trick for a good shower and sleep at nights.
Modern technology hasn't fully landed here. Despite having details of my stay I was required to resupply them on a paper form for their records, and internet access was also provided via a printed stack of login codes, one for each device, containing some rather convoluted instructions - but coverage worked fine, once connected. Part-way through my stay the codes were reset so I had to be given another three sheets for the remaining days.
I found the receptionist pretty helpful with ordering me a taxi and showing me tram routes - the tram system is pretty effective and I stuck to using that for pretty much all my travel.
It was an okay stay for something at short notice; I wouldn't reject it if I'm in the area and haven't found better accommodation but it was a bit of a boring place for the evening - picking something in towards the town would have a bit more life.
