We stayed in Berlin for 2 nights. Not going to lie. The hotel entrance was a little hard to find. It is on the second floor and looks like and old apartment with a lot of room.
The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly, and even arranged some wine for my friends birthday the next morning.
The room was clean and overall the hotel was extremely quiet.
Breakfast was really good as well
Overall I had a little feeling of staying at my family's house rather than a hotel. It felt all really friendly, close and personal.
For this location and price I can only recommend this place.

Visitor Berlin & marathon Berl....
This is just the perfect place. Very central, at Kurfurstendamm but also near station Savignyplatz. Therefore, besides great things to see walking, you can explore the city easily by S bahn. Last but not least: people/staff in this hotel/pension are very welcoming and it s clean & well served. ????

This hotel has a lovely unique character about it. It is located perfectly within the city of Berlin and is a very short walk away from shops, bars, restraunts and scenic views.
I would definitely recommend staying here and I would go back

Hotel-Pension Waizenegger is a very unique place to stay. The pension is situated in Schöneberg on a quiet street, but in the same time it is near Kurfurstendamm which is a very busy boulevard. The room was cosy and clean. The breakfast was fine. If you are travelling by car, for 20 Euro deposit the staff will give you a parking ticket. But keep in mind that it is hard to find a parking spot there.

Calm, clean and friendly
We can fully recommend this place, if you want to stay in quiet, pretty historical residential quarter with excellent access to public means of transport and places of interest around Kurfürstendamm.
The yellow bus tour starts around the corner.
The rooms are rather basic, but the mattress was soft and nice, everything was clean, the towels were good and the breakfast absolutely ok for that price.
We only minded the squeaking radio in the breakfast room, no music or at least music without advertising and traffic jam reports would increase the romance factor of the place. But that's a needle in the haystack, we loved our stay there and slept very well.
If guests complain about the noisy water pipes, they should just book a charmless chain...
