Close to Gard Du Nord
Not 5 star, but it's not made out to be.
Very close to Eurostar station.
Appeared to be in a little bit of a dodgy part of town. A few shady characters wandering the streets (but, after all, it is Paris!!!). BE SECURITY AWARE ON THE STREETS & IN BUSY PLACES!!!
Lift wasn't working when we first arrived, but was fixed fairly soon.
Guy at reception was REALLY friendly & helpful (with getting cabs & general info), especially when tipped with a few Euros!!!
Room was TINY. Bathroom was TINY. Had to keep bathroom door open to sit on toilet!!!
Continental breakfast was just ok. Croissants/jam/tea/coffee/juice. The woman servicing that area ran a tight ship!
Look, for cheap accom in Paris, close to the Eurostar station, it was o.k.
Not a lot to heap praise over, but no major complaints. Just really small.

Nice place to stay with reason....
With price and quality ratio this place is very good to stay, It's very near to metro station which helps a lot to travel in Paris. You can take a 10-15 minute walk to Moulin Rouge without any hard efforts.

Old and ugly rooms and fornitu....
The hotel was a really cheap hotel, in term of cost and in term of quality of the room: old furnitures and not perfect condition. The service was just decent. The only pro was the price and the fact that is in a quite central place of Paris!

Perfect weekend hotel
If you wish to spend a weekend or short stay in Paris, then this hotel is perfect. Close to the Eurostar and even closer to central Paris. Leaving you with more time to shop and enjoy your stay. Basic needs for a hotel are catered for and the staff are polite plus helpful. If you are in Paris for a longer stay or want more luxury then you will obviously need to pay extra. However for a solo or couple traveller looking to enjoy the city, I can't knock this hotel as a good choice.

perfect budget hotel
I stayed here with my daughter for a weekend. The staff were helpful and courteous. The rooms are basic but clean and beds comfortable. A stones throw away from the Gard d Nord and Metro this is an ideal base for exploring Paris. I would nt stay with small children as there is no lounge area to chill in and the staircases are narrow and spiral but this is an observation not a criticism.I would stay again.
