Nice Room but had been used pr....

Enjoyed my stay but experienced marred by smell of cigarettes in room and on bedding - it was suppposed to be a non-smoking room. Also coffee maker did not wpork andf mini bar disappointing - it only contained water.

Wonderful Location, helpful st....

It'd be hard to ask for a better location in Marseille for doing a bit of tourism. It's right within walking distance of most of the major attractions, has great views of the harbor from your room, and the staff recommended some excellent restaurants to me. The rooms are a bit on the small and pricey side, but not out of line with the location.

Great location and wonderful v....

We spent a couple of nights in Marseilles before joining a river cruise from Avignon. We chose the suite on the 7th floor with a balcony overlooking the Vieux Port. What a wonderful view and a great place to enjoy an evening drink before heading out to wonderful restaurants easy walking distance away. Nice breakfast in Floor 1 with views to the port ,though inside only with no outside terrace. Helpful staff and easy taxi ride to get the TGV to Avignon. Lots of sights on the hotel doorstep and City Tour bus stops right outside, and boat to the island of If ( must do that ) leaves a few minutes away. Great way to start our French holiday.

Very central

The location of this hotel was great as it was very central and right by the port. Loads of restaurants and cafes around. The room though was not towards port and all we saw was other people balconies. The room was dark, the bathroom and the bath were super slippery, not at all suitable for seniors, be aware... We booked the rooms as non smoker room but all we smelt in the room all night was the smell of smoke which was very annoying ?????? Facilities for tea and coffee wasn’t that good either Overall I feel like we paid too much for what we got.

Do not be fooled by the pictur....

Extremely extremely rude staff! Dirty rooms! Dirty sheets! More like a 2 star hotel by American standards! 2 star hotel with rude staff! Air conditioner was not working it was only on fan mode so the room was very humid! The white sheets had stains on them so I had to call house keeping to change the sheets! The “white” towels had seen better days! My family and I traveled through Europe for 2 weeks and the last leg of our trip unfortunately was this hotel in Marseille! Let’s say it ruined the fabulous time we had in Europe! Before booking I researched Marseille hotels extensively! I was looking at Radisson Blu and this one, and based on positive reviews I picked it! What a mistake!!! First of all I booked their family duplex (because I’m a family of 4) There were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, but one of the bathrooms only has a toilet!!! That’s correct! Only a toilet and no SINK!!! What kind of a bathroom has a toilet but no sink???? And if you’re wondering if there’s a sink maybe outside of the bathroom the answer is NO! So you can use the toilet downstairs but need to go “upstairs” to wash your hands! I could’ve dealt with that, but the rudeness of staff is something I’ve never experienced before! I have stayed at all kinds of hotels from 5 star Ritz, St. Regis, Four Seasons to 4 and 3 stars Marriotts and sheratons and holiday inns! But never, I mean NEVER have I seen or experienced this level of rudeness from hotel staff especially management!!! If you are looking into this hotel I advise you to pay your money where it’s respected! The Radisson Blu is right on the port as well and probably a much better option! I would NEVER stay at this hotel ever again! Shame on upper management for hiring front desk staff this rude and unprofessional! The man who claimed to be the “manager” at the front desk needs to be fired!!
