Excellent location, good staff. Very happy with the stay at the hotel and lourdes overall. Highly recommended to everyone

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. They upgraded us to a room with a view, which was nice. We also experienced very good customer service during our stay. We had to leave at 6am while the restaurant opened at 6.30am, but they provided us with a decent breakfast goodie bag. Thank you

Whilst ironing my trousers, the iron accidently fell on the polyster bed cover and a piece was burnt. The hotel charged me Euro 85.00 which was ridiculous.They said it was new cover changed in April and since we were in May end, I requested them to charge me 50% of the damage.But the receptionist was too blunt and arrogant and refused to budge and I had to pay the full cost. How an I suppose to know it this was the real cost or an inflated cost charged by the hotel. They promised to produce original supplier bill but till end didnot. Now if you ask them they can always produce a inflated priced bill. Sorry to say but they should have charged me 50% of the cost which is very fair.Rest is your decision.
