Great, quiet spot on the edge of the city. 5 minutes’ walk from a tram station direct to the centre. Customer car park right next to the building.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean.
Manager is friendly and, but not much English so you do have to practice your mime skills a little.
Breakfast is a ‘help yourself’ buffet, perfectly adequate first thing. Restaurant is open in the evenings, but I didn’t try it, so cannot comment.
Wi-fi is free, but only works downstairs.
Good, inexpensive, quiet.

Great Group Stay
We recently stayed in Prague for a major competition and stayed at Villa Andy. Not only did they offer us 8 rooms at a great price, but they catered to our group for breakfast (including allergies and food restrictions) and any additional desired meal. Breakfast items were plentiful. Meals were excellent. Facilities could definitely use an upgrade but the rooms were clean. Only a 6 minute walk from Tram 12 or 20 that talks you straight into Prague or to the metro at Smichov. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Better choose another hotel
The managers are nice, and there is reasonable wifi. Unfortunately those are the only positive remarks I can make. Old facilities, the shower was a real pain. Not particularly clean, poor breakfast. It's quite isolated in the suburbs, but not so far from chaplinovo namesti tramway station. I believe you can find better in Czech Republic for the same budget.
