Quiet out of the way, but okay
The organizer of a surprise city trip booked me a room in this hotel for my four-day stay in Prague.
I would not have booked it myself because of the location: there is no metro or tram station in the immediate near. The bus connection is insufficient. (Travel time to the city centre is only slightly shorter than walking time.) Therefore the distance to the city centre of 2.5km is much too long!
But on its own, the hotel is ok! With the following advantages and disadvantages.
- all receptionists were very, very friendly and helpful
- large room
- to buy public transport day tickets directly in the hotel
- Money exchange possible and (chargeable) shuttle service to several destinations
- Inventory old-fashioned, used and worn-out. (From the carpet to the washbasin to remote control)
- Very loud at night with the window tilted until late at night (traffic noise, music, yelling tourists)
- The obligation to return the room key each time you leave is not speedy
- It was only very superficially cleaned
At the end of the day, however, it is recommended if you are not afraid to walk on foot.

Comfortable clean hotel, great....
We stayed there in February2018, it was freezing cold outside but the hotel was lovely and warm, the rooms were clean, quite large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The staff were particularly lovely and helpful, and when we were stuck in Prague due to flights being cancelled due to snow in Uk, they were great, reserving our rooms for us for extra nights in case we needed to stay on. It is located in the Zizkov area, about 15 minutes walk to Wencleslas square. There is easy bus and metro access. The area has lots of great value restaurants and pubs, two just across the road from the hotel but it was not rowdy at night. We ate at different places near to the hotel every night, preferring them to the busy more expensive places in the town centre.

Highly recommended hotel to st....
We (me and my wife) were there in Dec 2017 for 6 nights. It was very good (higher than was expected): smiley staff (they speak English and Russian at least + Czech of course), small, quiet and nice room with balcony (and even view), good WiFi, storage room (to use last hours after check-out), good and tasty breakfast; clean service each day.
I'm not sure (and actually not specialist) how many stars it should be (they write 4), but it is really good value for your money.

Its good hotel but not a 4 stars hotel its worth the price and the stuff is happy and smily! I reccomend it at finally because i find it for a four staying here at 36 euros per day breakfast included!

warm welcome in a cold climate
Budget hotel immaculately clean. Good size rooms comfy beds and very helpful staff. The hotel has an excellent explanation on how to get to the hotel from the airport in less than an hour for less than 1.50 euros each. WE followed the directions with no problem. The hotel is a little out of town but the transport links are very good and the local restaurant and wine bar were better value than city centre and a memorable experience of that wonderful city.
Breakfast was plentiful with lovely staff a great start to the day.
