I have booked a private room ensuite with my boyfriend and we expected a room with a toilet and shower. When we came, they didn't have a room ensuite. When we complained they were unfriendly and said 'this is not an ibis hotel'. After that they offered us to use a shared wc and shower but you have to cross the common room with reception and tv to go to shower. We left immediately and they didn't give back to money we paid for 1 week. So avoid going there. There are much nicer hostels in prague.

Being in the middle of Prague, there are millions of other options. Do not waste your time here. Awkward to find, unfriendly staff, garish rooms with horrible decor and quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept on. The mattress was paper thin and the pillow was high and like a rock. The breakfast was laughable-white sliced bread, jam and butter just thrown onto a table.
They gave us the world's smallest towels-more like hand towel which barely covered anything and the staff would sit in the common room next to the shower room and watch as you walked past in your pj's. A most uncomfortable experience. Do not stay here!!!!!!

Small, but cozy and central
Well, being in Prague is all about being in its centre. That's a city that you can go almost everywhere walking, so I found the location of the hostel just perfect, if you want to go to Charles Bridge ,the Astronomic Tower or to Karlova street, the place is close enough for a walk and if you're not up go on foot you can just take the underground right in front. The place is small indeed, well it's a local hostel, however the staff is very polite and helpful and the place is nice. Maps with the main tourist hotspots were avaliable, what helped a lot, and breakfast is included. I can't give a 5, because as I told it's quite small, and if you check in at nighttime, as I did, it can be a bit hard to find, given that I wasn't expecting to be inside a building, but was a great experience and I truly recommend it.

The host was kind and the location was pretty nice, but everything else was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable. The bed mattress, locker, light in the room were unsatisfactory even when compared to the price.
