Clean, comfortable accommodati....

Prague can be overwhelming with so many tourists and seemingly endless historical sites packed into its winding cobbled streets. ARCO is an oasis. It is set just outside the crowded areas but just a minute or two walk from the main tram line that will take you to all the popular places. The hosts are historians who provide priceless experience in navigating the city and will help you find the most delightful jewels in a city filled with treasures.

Fantastic and Comfortable!

I truly recommend this place not only because the comfort of the rooms and the location (close to the city center by tram) but Guenther, the owner, is a fantastic person who is always available to help u with all the places to visit in Prague and he is a very wise person to keep a conversation with! If you love to read this is with no doubt your place to be! This guesthouse offers you a very wide variety of cultural and curious books! Btw, the breakfast is very delicious!! :)

High recommended

It was a great stay at ARCO Guesthouse! The room was very cozy, clean and bright and silent as well. It is provided with everything that man can need- plenty of bath clothes, hairdryer, microwave, small fridge, tee, some utensils. Günther was very kind and could answer at whatever questions we had. The breakfast was good as well and he took care of our comfort absolutely! The location it out of the center but a tram which stops ext to the guesthouse can bring you in the center for 10 min. I would definitely recommend a stay at ARCO Guesthouse and hope to visit it again by myself one day. :)

The perfect place for real tra....

It was the perfect accommodation for me. I was looking for an "economy class" place, clean, comfortable and in a reasonable distance from Praga POIS. I discovered plus an "Arts and Culture" place, with a lot of books, guides, maps, info etc (even umbrellas!!!), not only for Prague History/Architecture/Arts but furthermore for Czech and Europe. It was really awesome to discuss every morning at breakfast with Guenther about many things. I think he is the best by far to introduce you Prague (especially with his "walking seminars") and, though I spend 8 days in his pension, I feel it was too little to learn whatever I would. Pretty good and enough breakfast, with home made jams from Guenther's sister (credits) and some local products. And always with the really kind reminder from Guenther and Jan (his colleague) "if you need something else, feel free to express it" I estimate also the environmental sensitivities they run their pension. Really, very nice people with quality and many services they offering, without to press you. No matter for me some lack of maintenance in secondary parts of the building (corridor). It was a very positive experience, and I will be there in my next visits in Prague.
